Garlic Bread Cheesy Sloppy Joe Bake 🍞🧀🍔
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey, ground chicken, meatless ground)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 garlic bread slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain fat.
- Add Sauce: Stir in garlic, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Assemble: Layer sloppy joe mixture in a baking dish. Top with cheese and place garlic bread slices on top.
- Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4
