Enjoy this Baked Yam Power Bowl made with lean ground beef, creamy cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, avocado, and hot honey. A high-protein, fiber-rich meal that’s simple, satisfying, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients:

- 1 medium baked yam or sweet potato
- 4 oz lean ground beef (optional: turkey, chicken, or meatless)
- 2 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
- ½ avocado or 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- Light drizzle of hot honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Add-Ons:

- Green onions
- Diced tomatoes
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Crushed red pepper
- Lime juice
Method:

- Bake the yam until soft and tender.
- Brown the lean ground beef in a skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice open the baked yam and fluff with a fork.
- Add the seasoned ground beef.
- Top with non-fat Greek yogurt or cottage cheese.
- Add avocado or drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
- Finish with a light drizzle of hot honey, salt, and pepper.
Approximate Nutritional Analysis Per Serving: 475–525 calories (32–38 grams of protein, 38–45 grams of carbohydrates, 15–20 grams of fat, 7–9 grams of fiber).
