OK folks hit another "stall"! Now we all do this, get rolling and dead stop! Well, I want to say as long as I am eating on track and being persistant I will overcome! Do not base your success or slips on anyone else! Some are really losing fast/continuous, some lose a pound or two and then sit there for a bit. We are all different, different metabolisms, different body styles, different ages, genders, ect. DO NOT use your stall against anothers successes! Keep working at DFL and you will succeed!!! Myself, I did an evaluation and found areas that need improvment one no exercise in three weeks and some alcohal intake, not enough carbs or calories...so plenty of reasons for the stall! I identified this and will focus more. I still have been eating correct foods but just saying always room to improve. Tweak your plan, switch it up BUT DO NOT get down on yourselves and quit!!
