Getting Started and the First 21 Days:
1) for the first 21 days you are going to implement all of the "hard and fast rules" of the 21 Day Induction so you can boost and make over your metabolism.
2) after the first 21 days you will be in a position to return to eating ingredients and foods you've avoided if you want. The key however, is consuming such foods and beverages in a way that helps you live diet free.
FIRST 21 DAYS you are AVOIDING the following ingredients and foods:
- AVOID SUGAR (dirty dozen below) with the exception of brown rice syrup, evaporated cane juice (sugar), such sweeteners as stevia and Splenda (sucralose).
However, keep your label detective hat on and keep an eye out for the following and be sure they’re not listed in the first 4 ingredients:
Dextrose (Glucose)
Maltitol Syrup (Sugar Alcohol)
Brown Sugar
Corn Starch
Sucrose (Sugar)
Malt Syrup
Maltose
High Fructose Corn Syrup
Modified Corn Starch
Maple Syrup
Maltitol (Sugar Alcohol)
Corn Syrup
- AVOID WHITE, BLEACHED & ENRICHED WHEAT FLOURS. Instead, look for healthier ingredients to include 100% stone ground whole wheat and organic wheat. Other exceptions are semolina and durum, which are a primary ingredient of pasta.
- AVOID FRIED AND BREADED FOOD. Instead of fried chips, choose baked. However, not all breaded food is deep fried. Some are baked and made with healthier flours.
- AVOID ALCOHOL during the first 21 days. After 21 days if you choose to have a portion of alcohol, choose wine (red or white) as your FAST CARB when eating your meal.
- AVOID PRODUCTS HIGH IN SODIUM. In short, keep your distance from frozen entrees that have over 700 mgs of sodium in a serving and snacks that exceed 350 mgs.
The above are the Hard and Fast Rules for the first 21 days. However, at the conclusion of the first 21 days - you shift to phase 2 and we show you how to bring back into your nutrition habits all the ingredients and food you avoided (if you want of course) during the first phase.

STEP 1: Establish 8 Week Goal - LISTEN TO REPLAY OF WEBINAR
Set a clear, specific and realistc goal. If you set a goal that is impossible to achieve, you are setting yourself up for disappointment and defeat. Use the below table as a guideline for determining a REALISTIC 8 Week Goal, which you will enter into your journal. Please understand that it is very common for people to lose more than what we recommend.
EXAMPLE: Jane Doe weighs 220 pounds and on September 4th [Date], (eight weeks later) her goal weight will be 196 pounds (56 Days after starting).

Johanni Rosa of Bristow, Virginia got her start with the Detox Drop and is now 50 pounds lighter after emerging herself in Robert Ferguson's Food Lovers Fat Loss System (licensed trademark of Alchemy Worldwide, LLC). Even though her biggest challenge has been the Detox Drop, she conquered it and has experienced great success with it twice since August 28, 2009.
Smaller than her high school days, Johanni is well on her way to being leaner than she previously only imagined.
Prior to her success Johanni would eat only once a day, but that’s no longer. Today she’s not only eating three meals, but also snacking in-between. Her family is onboard and everyone is eating food favorites both at home and in restaurants. Johanni is a prime example of being Diet Free for Life!
Johanni started at 228 pounds and is currently 178. Congrats Johanni! |
