If You Drink Coffee
If you like to start the day with a morning cup of java take 1-2 Diet Free Daily pills in the am between 10 am and 12 noon (or at least two hours after your morning cup of coffee). You will also notice that with Diet Free Daily you won’t need that extra cup of coffee in the afternoon.
If You Exercise
Whether you drink coffee or not, take 1 Diet Free Daily 15-30 minutes prior to exercising. This can be done first thing in the morning with or without food. It’s not recommended that you take Diet Free Daily prior to exercising in the evening.
If You Don’t Drink Coffee
Take your Diet Free daily in the am with your fat burning breakfast. You have the option to take two or split it by taking one in the morning and one at lunch.
