Achieving your weight loss goals is first experienced in your mind and later manifested in your body over time.

There are many methods for losing weight. Regardless of the approach you take to drop the pounds, an optimistic attitude is a surefire component for achieving your fat loss goals. All day I've been thinking about the importance of having the right mind-set in order to maintain the motivation and momentum with your metabolism so that you can experience living lean and healthy.

So, I'd like to share one of my Psychology of Fat Loss tools with you - in hopes to help you fuel your faith to get the lean and healthy body you deserve.

First of all I want you to begin each day by finding at least 10 to 20 minutes to refresh your thoughts and get your mind focused on being your best. Do not allow one day to go by without "refreshing" your mind and getting your thoughts on the right path to make each day your masterpiece.

And if you are feeling stuck I want you to ask yourself this question: What is stopping or holding me back from moving toward my goal and making each day a masterpiece?

If your answer is not exercising enough or not eating every two to three hours for instance, ask yourself how you can find time to exercise or eat in a timely manner? As a result of asking a forward thinking question - your answer will be the plan that is going to help you begin doing the thing that will help you.
