How Sumo Wrestler's Get FAT

When it comes to sustainable weight loss we can all be successful!
If you want to gain a significant amount of fat, do what a Sumo Wrestler does. If you want to get rid of unwanted body fat, do the opposite. I call this the sarcastic method for losing weight. You take a close look at what a Sumo Wrestler does to gain weight and do the opposite.
The following five methods are what sumo wrestlers do to gain as much body fat as possible:
Skip Breakfast. By depriving their bodies of food after eight hours of sleep (fasting), they keep from getting their metabolism going so they burn less calories during the day. So eat breakfast if you want to lose weight.
Eat just a couple of meals a day. One famous Sumo wrestler is reported to eat 10 bowls of stew, eight bowls of rice, 130 pieces of sushi, and 25 portions of barbecued beef all in one meal… and still have room for dessert. Their bodies can only process so much food at once, so the rest gets stored as fat. So eat every two to three hours - spreading your food out and burning more calories throughout the day.
Take a nap after eating. After eating, they sleep for at least four hours – again keeping their metabolism slow. So give yourself at least an hour after eating before napping.
Drink alcohol in excess. It has been reported that Sumo wrestlers drink upward of 100 bottles of beer at a time which increases Cortisol levels and leads to fat deposits around the abdomen creating their famous “beer bellies” which helps stabilize them in the ring. So consume alcohol in the right serving as both a snack and fast carb when making a fat burning meal.
Eat late in the day. Going to bed with full stomachs means that their bodies are experiencing a food flood, which throws their hormones into a tizzy and causing their bodies to store the food as fat. So give yourself one to three hours of no food prior to sleeping. As well, make sure you're making fat burning meals so that you don't cause your body to experience a food flood.
