When it comes to sustainable weight loss we can all be successful!

I started my day off by thinking about how anyone can be lean and healthy IF they simply NEVER GIVE UP! The greatest professional basketball player of all time makes it very clear in the above statement that it was his failures that led to his overall success. I remember at one time the late Babe Ruth was the king of home runs and at the same time he led in striking out more than anyone else.

If you go for it and NEVER GIVE UP - success is inevitable!

To help you make the most of your journey I want to encourage you to read and re-read my Diet-Free for Life book, workbook and listen to the Motivation for Life CD program again and again. Emerging yourself in supporting material is a proven method for keeping focused and on the success track of releasing body fat.

SUCCESS REMINDER:

  1. Visit this website as often as possible. Ask questions when you have them AND be sure to provide feedback to others when you feel you can contribute to their success. Helping others succeed is a key way to reinforce your likelihood of achieving the lean and healthy body you desire.
  2. Find 10 to 20 minutes daily - first thing in the morning when possible to refresh your mind and bring your thoughts into alignment with the actions you want to take.
  3. Accept the reality that no one is perfect. Being successful does not mean you were perfect. In my opinion success can be defined as doing the things that you say you want to do. This said, you are a success when you say you're going to eat breakfast and you do it. You are a success when you say you're going to exercise and you do it. YOU ARE A SUCCESS!!!
  4. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Embrace the challenges, frustrations and successes. And remind yourself that tomorrow will be a new day for you to follow through and LIVE YOUR HEALTHIEST LIFE!!!
