6 Natural Laws for Fast Fat Loss

I wanted to share with you the 6 Natural Laws for Faster Fat Loss with hopes of helping you strive in your diet free journey!
First: The Law of Keeping YOU Real. What I mean by this is that this law says you must reduce your waistline for you and no one else. I'm sure many people feel they want to lose weight so that they will be around for their grandchildren. Others may feel they want to lose weight for their health. This law says that unless you get lean and healthy for you first - any success is short lived. This is truly an inside job and as you invest time and energy in being your best - you can't help but also give the best of who you are to others.
Second: The Law of Goal Planning. This law says that you practically guarantee your success by havig a clear, specific and realistic goal. Said another way, you want to have a date and outcome with your weight. As Zig Ziglar has said on many occassions, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail" and I totally agree. Third: The Law of Adversity. Whenever you decide to improve any part of your life - adversity will be waiting at the door. By understanding this law you can assure yourself that everything is going to be okay as adversity will come and go, but you'll stay and achieve the goal that you have set.
Fourth: The Law of Self-Judgment. This may surprise you, but many of us aren't successful at losing weight and keeping it off because along the way we make a mistake, get off track and fall short of perfectionism and as a result - judge ourselves. Once you judge yourself or said another way - beat yourself up you are likely to experience a spiral downward. Stay in control of the questions you ask yourself because the mind will always look for an answer.
Sixth: The Law of Change. As the late Sam Cook said in his forever popular song, "Change is going to come" it is important that you be okay with change. Said another way, if you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got. Change is a natural law that when embraced can help you quantum with your fat loss goals.
